Based on the unique and advanced imported WPC production line in China, our company has taken on multiple scientific and technological projects including the 863 Plan, and was titled as “Jiangsu Enterprise Academician Workstation”, “Jiangsu Private Hi-tech Enterprise”, and now it is the “Organizer Unit of Making WPC National and International Standard”.
Jufeng WPC is green and eco-friendly with wide applications which can replace wood material (without maintenance cost and has over 15 years’ service life); with the annual capacity of 30,000 tons, our production and sales rank top in the domestic and is the leading enterprise as for its engineering projects rank first in China; our products have passed CE certification and REACH certification, and exported to over 40 countries and regions including Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific etc., winning higher social popularity and reputation there.
In 2002, our company was founded and synchronously developed the “Renewable resources and eco-friendly WPC profiles” with the world, and put it into production.
In 2003, our company launched the preparation for ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System and ISO14001-1996 Environmental Management System.
In 2004, our products were largely exported to North America and Taiwan markets for the first time.
In 2006, our company undertook the national spark program of “Demonstration and promotion of applying agricultural wastes to manufacture WPC composites” and other national scientific research projects.
In 2007, we undertook 4 technological projects including the special fund program of Jiangsu provincial commercialization of research outputs etc..
In 2008, “Jufeng WPC” was titled by the State Ministry of Science and Technology as the “National Key & New Product”; Jufeng Company was titled as “Jiangsu Provincial Hundred Excellent Technology & Science Growth Enterprise”; and our company organized to undertake to make two state standards about WPC composites.
In 2009, our company undertook the construction of “Jiangsu provincial technology and research center of WPC composites engineering” and “Jiangsu provincial enterprise academician workstation”, and titled as “Jiangsu Private Hi-tech Enterprise”.
In 2010, our company was titled as “Nanjing Famous Trademark” and “Nanjing Recycling Economic Model Enterprise”, Jufeng WPC was listed in Nanjing new developing pillar industries, and our company was honored the “European Eco-friendly Green Apple Awards”.
In 2012, our company undertook the national hi-tech development plan (863 Plan) by the theme of “the research and application of recycled plastic blends and biomimetic composite materials”.
In 2013, the GB/T 29418-2012 Physical & Mechanical Properties Test of WPC Composites Products and GB/T 29419-2012 Decking Property Level and Fence System Property of WPC Composites drafted under responsibility of our company were officially promulgated and implemented on August 1, 2013.
In 2014, the international standard of Test methods for Natural Fiber-reinforced Plastic Composite (NFC) Deck Boards that our company is drafting has been officially approved.
